Glenda Nischuk is a Holistic Nutritionist and professional speaker. She has always had a passion for helping others improve their health which motivated her to pursue a career as a nutritional consultant. She is also a trained and licenced facilitator for CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) and has voluntarily conducted programs in Yorkton over the past number of years. In February, 2013 she received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award for her work in the community in this area.
Glenda will help you to make dietary and lifestyle choices that will have profound and long-lasting effects on the quality of your life.
The quality of the food we eat directly affects the degree of well-being we experience. Food has an incredible power to heal us. Good health starts in the grocery cart. Better Living Nutrition can help to identify and correct the nutritional causes of diseases and imbalances within the body.
Personalized programs can be designed that will not only address nutrition, but to also look at your lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. We will work together to optimize your health and well-being, and prevent future health problems.
Glenda also believes in the concept of “people helping people”. When people gain more knowledge to heal themselves through education, they will help others to do the same. This will result in a community of health-minded people, caring for themselves and caring for others. That is her goal and dream for those living in Yorkton and the surrounding area.
