Better Living Nutrition was developed by Glenda to provide you with an all-encompassing approach to helping you reach your wellness goals. It’s not about quick fixes or fad diets. It’s about long-term sustainable change.

Glenda will help you to make dietary and lifestyle choices that will have profound and long-lasting effects on the quality of your life.

The quality of the food we eat directly affects the degree of well-being we experience. Food has an incredible power to heal us. Good health starts in the grocery cart. Better Living Nutrition can help to identify and correct the nutritional causes of diseases and imbalances within the body.

Personalized programs can be designed that will not only address nutrition, but to also look at your lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. We will work together to optimize your health and well-being, and prevent future health problems.

Glenda’s approach is based on a nutritious natural foods diet, along with high quality supplements, when required. She believes in the consumption of the most nutrient-dense foods available, to help the body naturally balance and heal itself.

Glenda also believes in the concept of “people helping people”. When people gain more knowledge to heal themselves through education, they will help others to do the same. This will result in a community of health-minded people, caring for themselves and caring for others. That is her goal and dream for those living in New Hazelton and the surrounding area.
